Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant that will be responsible for delivering quality hires to the business segments using creative sourcing methods to source both active and passive candidates. This person will work directly with the hiring managers to facilitate the talent acquisition process. Our Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing a diverse slate of candidates for multiple entry-level roles, while ensuring a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role is paying $25-30 depending on experience, remote, and contract opportunity for 3 months. .


• Schedules and conducts intake meetings with management and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to confirm the requirements for routine, low-complexity roles, including identifying job duties, qualifications and skills, and potential sourcing strategies.

• Debriefs with Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and hiring managers through the selection process and provides recommendations. Extends offers of employment and facilitates negotiation process for routine hires.

• Attends career fairs and hiring events targeting high volume, routine, and/or entry-level roles.

• Partners with Senior Consultant and business leaders and operations managers to determine attraction and retention priorities and issues.

• Regularly runs requisition reports and distributes to Senior Consultant, local HR and/or hiring managers.

• Additional duties as assigned


• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 5+ years progressive recruiting experience.

• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.

• Strong, prioritizing, interpersonal, presentation, and planning skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.

• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with management, peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.

• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

• Ability to work with and influence peers and management.

• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.

Requirements - 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • This role requires proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • You should be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

    • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

    • General familiarity with Recruiting Techniques

    • Sourcing recruitment experience highly preferred

    • Demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting Strategy

    • Experience with Corporate Recruiting

    • Full Cycle Recruiting experience desired

    • Expertise in Recruiting Activities

    • e-Recruitment experience

    • Practical knowledge of Recruiting Strategies

    • Deep understanding of Recruiting Efforts

    • Adeptness in Recruiting Sources

    • Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
