Description
Large company located in Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a LEASE ANALYST. There is a strong possibility that this temporary Lease Analyst position would evolve into a full time position.
The Lease Analyst role is hybrid. The preference is that candidates would work onsite for training or other business purposes. The office is located in downtown Pittsburgh.
The hours for the Lease Analyst are expected to be 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
The Lease Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:
Abstract and interpret commercial lease agreements
Analyze rent variances and payment processing
Interact with leaseholders and landlords regarding lease agreements
Research and resolve any discrepancies between the lease agreements and payments, answer any inquires on these discrepancies
Enter new lease agreements or lease amendments
Complete financial analysis tasks associated with leases
Reconcile lease accounts
Assist with any billing corrections or collections as needed
This Lease Analyst position is an excellent opportunity for anyone that recently graduated and has prior internship and/or work experience! Training will be provided.

Requirements
The Requirements to be considered for this LEASE ANALYST role include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Law is highly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills are required, written and oral
