Description
Duties include:
Data entry support that is required to maintain and update the information in both the timekeeping & payroll systems.
Reconcile Payroll
Make timely and accurate payments.
Enter deduction for any amounts due from employees.
Responsible for fringe reporting & payroll taxes.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the team.
Requirements
Skills needed:
Friendly, professional and businesslike
The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of diverse individuals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and to complete work assignments with interruptions.
Detail-oriented
Wherewithal to learn all aspects of payroll.
Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting/Business.
Experience with payroll software.
Experience with union payroll.
Vista/Viewpoint software experience.
