Robert Half Real Estate Services Coordinator in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Description We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Services Coordinator in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role falls within the corporate real estate industry and primarily involves providing top-notch concierge services to building tenants. The position requires in-person attendance at our office tower and parking garage complex.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the Above and Beyond program to serve building tenants

• Scheduling conference space and ensuring tenant amenity space is fully stocked

• Organizing events and being the first point of contact for people entering the talent center

• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Uploading invoices and validating insurance documents

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to perform administrative tasks

• Providing general administrative support for assigned staff

• Assisting with tenant and vendor customer service

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Adhering to company policies and principles while performing daily tasks

• Managing calendar and scheduling appointments as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with customer service

• Ability to manage and schedule calendars

• Proficiency in handling property and real estate matters

• Knowledge of company policy and principles

• Experience with documentation and reporting tasks

• Ability to train and supervise staff

• Experience in handling invoices

• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures

• Ability to provide workstation support

• Excellent phone presence for handling client calls and correspondence

• Experience working with vendors

• Knowledge of collection processes

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Experience with expense reporting and filing

• Ability to handle complaints professionally and effectively

• Experience with tenant management.
