Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. Auditor, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating, reviewing, and assessing billing systems, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards while aiming to minimize financial risk and maximize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of controls and determine compliance with internal policies and regulations

• Reviewing and assessing the accuracy and completeness of financial information and operational processes

• Identifying and documenting audit findings and suggesting practical solutions and recommendations

• Applying knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other relevant systems to analyze and evaluate data

• Ensuring all audit work, including paperwork, is completed in accordance with professional standards

• Communicating audit results to management and making recommendations for corrective actions

• Collaborating with team members to achieve audit objectives and goals

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auditing practices, regulations, and industry standards

• Ensuring all audit documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with standards

• Identifying opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Auditor role within the legal industry

• Proficient in Audit Program and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Strong knowledge of application controls and auditing

• Ability to analyze and present audit findings effectively

• Experience in auditing, compliance, and documentation is mandatory

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization

• Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
