Description We are seeking a Title Clerk to join our team in the mortgage industry in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for reviewing and recording pertinent loan documentation, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving any customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Review and record loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Utilize accounting software systems, such as Abila MIP and ADP - Financial Services, to maintain accurate customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications efficiently using CRM and other relevant software

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service

• Handle accounting functions, including accounts payable, and check processing

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document management and review

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in using Abila MIP, Accounting Software Systems, Adobe Acrobat, and ADP - Financial Services

• Experience in using CRM and managing Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processing

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently

• Experience in Check Processing

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Prior experience in a similar role within Mortgage Companies is preferred

• Title Clerk certification or relevant training would be an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
