Robert Half Financial Analyst in Pittsford, New York

Description We are in search of a Financial Analyst to be part of our team. This role is situated in Pittsford, New York and is integral to our operations within the financial industry. As a Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with various responsibilities related to business development, ranging from the production of marketing materials to performance analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in all aspects of our business development operation, which includes the capability to manage various roles within the department.

• Handling the production of marketing materials to aid in the firm's client growth and retention efforts.

• Completing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and/or Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with precision and in a timely manner.

• Performing calculation/analysis of performance metrics to inform business development strategies.

• Distributing performance data and investment characteristics to third-party databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Assisting with the proxy voting process, including voting proxies for clients and managing the necessary processes to fulfill compliance documentation requirements.

• Taking on other notable projects or duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

This role requires skills such as Quantitative Skills, Qualitative Methods, Effective Communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites. Requirements • Role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Applicant must possess strong quantitative skills, including ability to work with numbers and data

• Knowledge and experience in qualitative methods is essential

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for clear and concise reporting

• This role is open to all applicants regardless of years of experience

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders is crucial

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are necessary to perform job functions

• Should possess a detail-oriented mindset and ability to multitask effectively

• Familiarity with financial systems and databases is a plus

• An undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
