Robert Half Sales Administrative Assistant in Plainfield, Indiana

Description

We are in need of a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Plainfield, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone with a background in software sales and a strong understanding of CRM platforms. Your focus will be to aid the informatics sales team by managing RFP/RFI requests and leading sales support functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process informatics RFP/RFI requests.

• Facilitate communication between the informatics account sales team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the business.

• Collaborate with the informatics sales team to prepare and submit comprehensive technical bids.

• Update Sales Operations work instructions to document the informatics sales process.

• Coach informatics team members on best practices and processes.

• Prepare client communications, manage bid submissions, and oversee contract reviews.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets/graphs for sales information and reporting.

• Manage a database of questions, answers, and bid content, ensuring it is current and regularly re-evaluated for maximum productivity.

• Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients through the daily management of multiple client projects.

• Ensure accurate RFIs, RFPs, and bids are completed in a timely manner according to department quality standards.

• Continually evaluate and improve informatics sales processes.

Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Platform

• Strong skills in data processing

• Experience in handling and answering inbound calls

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proven track record in sales and customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent time management skills

• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
