OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys problem-solving and taking on new challenges to join a company in the technology industry. You will be leading the efforts of supporting the office by taking on various office and administrative tasks as an Administrative Assistant. Are you an organized, self starter? Then this is a great opportunity for you to embrace your passions as an Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant role is a long term temporary opportunity and is located in the Plainsboro, New Jersey area.

Major responsibilities

  • Respond to phone inquiries

  • Calendar Management

  • Organize/sort/distribute mail, files, and faxes

  • Support diverse projects for other CFO & CEO including travel and schedule coordination

    Requirements - Proven ability to use the internet for research

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

    • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Microsoft Teams experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Arranging Travel

  • Scanning experience

  • Experience with Document Scanning

  • Good understanding of Hotel Reservations

  • General familiarity with Coordinate Travel Arrangements

  • Earlier work involving Hotel Booking

  • Microsoft Outlook experience

  • Adeptness in Calendar Management

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • Previous experience working with Daily Mail

  • Background working with travel arrangements

  • Practical knowledge of International Travel

  • Schedule Travel experience highly preferred

  • Strong communication and social skills
