ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST - HYBRID OPPORTUNITY (1-2 DAYS WORK FROM HOME)
Anna Parson at Robert Half is working with a Manufactuing client seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with excellent communications and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Full Cycle Accounts Payable from processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, to ensuring timely payments to vendors and preparing account and vendor reconciliations.
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:
Process, code and match invoices (3 way matching).
Ensure timely payments (check, wires, ACH) to vendors.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Prepare reports and Accounts Payable related journal entries as needed.
Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with strong communication skills and attention to detail who enjoys working with a team. Knowledge of ERP systems and strong Excel skills highly preferred.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in accounts payable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, preferred not required
