Robert Half Business Systems Analyst in Plainville, Connecticut
Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity in Plainville, Connecticut for a Business Systems Analyst. This role primarily involves developing and implementing business systems in a relaxed, friendly environment. The successful candidate will be experienced with Sage and other ERP systems as well as creating ad hoc reports through Crystal Reports, Excel, or SQL based reporting applications.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintaining and supporting Sage 2022.
• Use SQL (SSRS/SSIS) to pull data and integrate it into the Ksync platform.
• Manage the company’s inventory system to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for vendor management.
• Collaborate with small business teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Monitor and manage the onboarding of employees.
• Handle licensing management within the company.
• Utilize skills in Business systems, Microsoft SQL, SSIS SSRS, and Sage Software for efficient task completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues within the company.
• Regularly assess the company’s IT systems and propose improvements when necessary.
Requirements • Possess deep understanding and knowledge of business systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with SSIS SSRS is needed.
• Familiarity with Sage Software.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and simplify complex business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions that align with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and execution.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
