Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant & HR Specialist in Frisco, Texas, United States. The selected candidate will be instrumental in the day-to-day functioning of our team, providing support in areas such as event planning, project management, human resource orientations, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute team building events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively.

• Manage and coordinate flight scheduling for team members, ensuring all travel arrangements are in place.

• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of HR orientations for new employees.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of employee performance reviews.

• Drive process improvements within the team, identifying areas for efficiency and implementing necessary changes.

• Implement project schedules, ensuring all team members are aware of key dates and deliverables.

• Manage conference calls and correspondence, ensuring all communication is handled in a timely and efficient manner.

• Leverage skills in Project Scheduling and Scheduling to ensure smooth operations within the team.

• Handle new hire orientations and performance reviews, ensuring all employees are properly onboarded and performance is adequately evaluated.

Requirements

• CRM skills are essential

• Should be adept at Calendar Management

• Exceptional Communication skills are essential

• Experience in coordinating Conference Calls is required

• Must be able to handle Correspondence efficiently

• Project Scheduling skills are necessary

• Proficiency in Scheduling tasks and meetings is required

• Experience in conducting New Hire Orientations is beneficial

• Ability to perform Performance Reviews is required

• Experience in managing Employee performance is necessary

• Skills in Process Improvement are essential
