One of the most important parts of your role as the Human Resources Recruiter is full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. Our client wants to fill this position with a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. You will succeed at this position if you're great at recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department.   • Developing internal recommendations

  • Applying digital recruiting resources

  • Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Running interviews

  • Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Managing various administrative duties

  • Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms Requirements - Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

    • Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

    • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required
  • Job Postings experience highly desired

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience

  • Foundational knowledge in Conduct Interviews

  • Strong familiarity with Applicant Screening

  • Proven knowledge of Onboarding

  • Command of Applicant Track System
