In this position, the right candidate will review client requests and project requirements to allocate resources effectively, coordinate / prioritize the center's workload, and monitor project status.
Manage clear expectations for projects and establish clear timelines and manage documentation requirements
Exhibit ownership of the onboarding experience and client satisfaction
Ensure deal deliverables are met and hold owners accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations, and error resolution
Manage activities through heavy phone work with clients and business partners
