Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations.

Team Collaboration: Actively participate in store activities and cross-departmental initiatives.
Technology Proficiency: Utilize iPads and iPhones to reach out to potential new members.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is always well-maintained and inviting.
Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Physical Requirements: Be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective phone handling.
Retail Expertise: Solid experience in retail sales and merchandising, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies.
Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with reporting processes and tools to track performance and identify sales opportunities.
Technology Savvy: Proficiency with Apple devices and comfortable using technology for sales and communication.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance goals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail store environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and participate in community events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales Support Experience: Previous experience in providing sales support or closing sales deals.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as required and adapt to changing schedules.
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with disability benefits and experience working with third parties.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of 'About Time' software would be a plus.
