Robert Half is assisting a client in in search of an IT Support Engineer for a 3-month contract to hire opportunity! The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting within an Azure environment along with having some basic experience with PowerShell. In addition, you will be supporting Active Directory/O365, setting-up workstations, VPN, provide guidance for system application and handling tickets though ticketing management queue, VPN, basic network connectivity and more!

Requirements
5+ years of experience working within IT supporting a Windows environment.
Strong customer service, good team player
Experience trouble shooting software/hardware related issues
Familiar with Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD - for onboarding new hires and decommissioning accounts
PC troubleshooting skills for escalation from our Tier 1 & 2 staff
Assist users with server/ VPN issues, router and switches (around 200+)
3-5 years of Windows experience for the set-up of workstations, VPN support, printer troubleshooting along with hardware/software troubleshooting
Experience troubleshooting software/hardware related issues
Assist users with server/ VPN issues remotely and onsite
Some project-based work over-time to give you an opportunity to grow and not have so much of a mundane routine
Strong customer service, good team player – seeking someone energetic with a great personality!
