Robert Half is hiring an Accounting Clerk to join our Full Time Engagement Team! Accelerate your career in this position by performing projects for a variety of companies, learning new skills and accounting software and networking with other accounting and finance professionals.

Accounting Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Billing

• Code and match AP invoices

• Apply customer payments

• Research and solve payment discrepancies

• Make adjustments to accounts as needed

• Prepare weekly manual deposits

• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

  Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Business related field

Six months or more recent bookkeeping/payable/receivable experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent attention to detail and fast data entry

Ability to work in a team environment to complete goals, while also working alone on projects.

Strong MicroSoft Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivots)

Accounting ERP experience: QuickBooks and NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft Etc.
