We are seeking a talented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Healthcare client in Pleasant Hill, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data to support business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform financial modeling, and provide valuable insights to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.

  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather relevant data and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel, and experience with ERP systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
