Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Great Plains Support in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This role primarily involves the administration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP system, requiring excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Handle the processing of customer applications and ensuring their accuracy.

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.

• Utilize skills in Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, Apex Visualforce, and Assertion Markup Language for various tasks.

• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.

• Assist in the creation of dashboards and the loading of data for easy access and interpretation of data.

• Use MS Great Plains Dynamics and MS Great Plains Accounting for various financial tasks.

• Participate in software implementations to improve our systems and processes. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with MS Great Plains Dynamics and MS Great Plains Accounting

• Proficient in Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, and Apex Visualforce

• Experience with Assertion Markup Language

• Knowledge of AB Testing practices

• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents

• Familiarity with Configuration Management processes

• Proven experience in creating dashboards and data loading

• Demonstrated experience in software implementations

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and team-working skills

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
