Description We are seeking a experienced product marketer with a passion for creating superior user experiences and driving innovation in workplace technology. In this role, you will spearhead the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy for AI-fueled user experiences, shaping our delivery of intelligent, seamless, and engaging interactions for users. What You Will Do ·Be a Strategic Storyteller: Develop clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse customer personas, breaking down complex concepts into customer-friendly language. Your communication will ensure that our user experience vision is understood and valued by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Lead Stakeholder Partnership: Foster and maintain strong relationships across product management, sales, customer experience, marketing, and external partners. Provide cross-functional collaboration to align on strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. · Drive Product Excellence: Contribute to product strategy by bringing customer and market insights directly into product discussions, helping shape the roadmap and ensuring that we deliver meaningful, unique value. · Deliver Impactful Results: Excel in a fast-paced environment where you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, manage multiple high-stakes projects, and consistently deliver results that boost user adoption, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Your partnering skills help dismantle silos and promote alignment across teams. Requirements Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related role. Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams. BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience. Other Qualifications: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization to achieve shared goals. Experience creating high-impact enablement materials and supporting tools for sales and customer-facing teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling messages for various audiences. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a knack for pulling together cohesive, =+ years of experience assets. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across different functions. Experience with B2B and/or SaaS is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
