About the Role:

As a Senior Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Partner, you will report to the Director of People Business Partner for Finance and P& P, with a primary focus on supporting Marketing, BT (IT), Legal, and Corporate Development teams. You’ll be a key contributor within a larger Organization Effectiveness Community of Practice, dispersed throughout the PBP & OE Organization. Your main responsibility will be to activate the central ingredient of Workday’s success—our people. Specifically, this role will focus on four key areas:

  • Aligning Business Strategy to Talent Strategy

  • Organizational Effectiveness Strategy and Program Development

  • Organizational Transformation

  • Talent Strategy Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with People Business Partners (PBPs) to facilitate organizational and talent discussions with G& A business leaders, including the CMO, CIO, and CSO.

  • Plan and deliver both immediate and multi-year organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Enhance organizational alignment through functional reorganizations, ranging from small-scale to large-scale initiatives.

  • Design and deliver business strategy and operating model evolution.

  • Identify, design, and drive adoption of OE/OD (Organizational Effectiveness/Development) programs.

  • Contribute to and refine OE/OD programs through the OE Community of Practice.

    Requirements

As a Senior OE Partner, you’ll be expected to contribute to this inclusive, fun, and dynamic culture. The ideal candidate will bring their unique perspective and passion to the team.

Business Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of HR and Organizational Effectiveness experience, including leading and executing OE/OD programs at the C-suite level.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale organizational transformation and functional realignments.

  • Strong understanding of business strategy and operating model evolution.

  • Strategic Mindset: Apply an 'east-west' approach, considering broader enterprise perspectives when designing solutions to ensure alignment with company strategy.

  • Facilitation: Confidently lead small or large working sessions with VP/SVP/EVP business leaders to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Influencing: Quickly establish rapport, read the room, connect with the audience, and challenge assumptions and the status quo.

  • Global Approach: Recognize the importance of cultural awareness in all activities and design solutions that reflect a global perspective.
