Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Teller in Pleasanton, California. This role is integral to our team, primarily focusing on providing a range of paying and receiving functions for clients through various channels. This includes in-person transactions, phone interactions, mail, and online banking.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process a variety of client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers checks, stop payments, and wires.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account issues.
• Answer client inquiries regarding our products and services.
• Actively promote our products and services to clients.
• Leverage skills in Cash Handling, Customer Service, Data Entry, Cash Drawers, and Cash Balance to effectively fulfill responsibilities.
Requirements
• Proficient in cash handling, including counting, sorting, and bundling cash and coins
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
• Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage cash drawers, including opening, closing, and balancing
