Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Pleasanton, Texas
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Pleasanton, Texas. The role involves a broad range of administrative tasks in our industry, including accounting, office management, and customer service. The candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a knack for thinking outside the box.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Perform administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing contracts, and creating timesheets
• Assist with accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Utilize software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office for various tasks
• Carry out receptionist duties when needed, including answering phones and managing department mail
• Take and post notes for board meetings as required
• Maintain and order office supplies as needed Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in administrative assistance and office administration
• Proficiency in managing computer data entry tasks
• Ability to take detailed meeting notes and minutes
• Experience in handling daily mail and department mail
• Familiarity with receptionist duties
• Ability to maintain and order office supplies as needed
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office Suite
• Experience in administrative office tasks and procedures.
