Robert Half Client Service Coordinator & Planning Assistant in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania


We are looking for a detail oriented, Client Service Coordinator & Planning Assistant with strong communication skills. Our client would like a Client Service Coordinator & Planning Assistant who can ensure client support services are completed accurate and timely. This Client Service Coordinator & Planning Assistant will manage day-to-day relationships with clients and establish a smooth flow of project operations, meeting business goals while generating revenue.

Primary Duties

· Access the service needs of the client

· Process and manage all incoming/outgoing documentation

· Compile and maintain client account records

· Schedule meetings between clients and management

· Retain good client relationships

· Answer client inquiries

· Contract Management

· Assist management with financial planning recommendations

· Prepare reports as needed

· Administrative request as needed


· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics required

· 1+ years of relevant experience

· Proficient Microsoft Office skills

· High quality organizational skills

· Brokerage firm experience a PLUS

· Excellent communication skills
