Robert Half has partnered with an organization in the publishing industry looking for an Account Coordinator or Project Coordinator on a long-term employment basis. This Account Coordinator/Project Coordinator opportunity would be ideal for a candidate with 1 year of experience in data, production, project management, or client relations. You will be instrumental in coordinating accounts, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the quality of production output and projects are on track. This role requires a combination of skills in proofing, editing, organizing data, and doing research to support the account management and data team within this publishing company. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee scheduling, data, and project details for the account management and data management teams
• Create and manage spreadsheets and Excel documents detailing the content of publications
• Review press-proofs for quality control, ensuring correct colors, fonts and overall visual aesthetics
• Utilize Salesforce and internal databases for manual data entry and updates. Work within ERP and CRM Systems for data management.
• Provide technical assistance beyond traditional editorial responsibilities, especially with Excel, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information before it's sent to print. This role serves as the final check-point of all production work before sent to print.
• Actively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, such as Account Coordination, Project Management, Production Assistant, or Editorial Assistant.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is mandatory for creating and editing digital content.
• Strong skills in Excel spreadsheet software for managing and interpreting data.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and other ERP tools is necessary for managing client relationships and tracking sales.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
Must have strong ability to work remotely in a highly productive capacity.
