Robert Half Contracts Manager in Plymouth, Minnesota

Description

Robert Half is partnering with a Growing Company, and sourcing for a Contracts Manager. The role will mainly focus on handling commercial agreements in a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on significant projects that will require negotiation and drafting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial contracts, working effectively to negotiate and draft agreements.

• Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to ensure contracts align with the company's objectives.

• Implement strategic plans related to contract management and ensure alignment with industry standards.

• Use your experience and knowledge to resolve contract-related issues that may arise.

• Monitor and manage the progress of contracts, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all existing contracts and agreements.

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all contracts are compliant with legal regulations.

• Use your strong communication skills to effectively explain contract terms and conditions to stakeholders.

• Leverage your problem-solving skills to address any contract-related issues that arise.

• Continually develop your knowledge and skills within the field of commercial contracts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to interpret legal documents

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with various departments and external parties

• The ability to manage multiple contracts and tasks concurrently

• Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering against deadlines

• Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the location of the job.
