Description We are inviting a Financial Analyst to join our team in the Healthcare industry, located in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role involves processing, maintaining, and monitoring customer accounts and inquiries with high precision and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records with the help of ADP - Financial Services

• Leverage CRM to resolve customer inquiries efficiently

• Generate and interpret reports using Crystal Reports to monitor customer accounts

• Apply Data Mining Techniques for effective capital management

• Perform various accounting functions with precision and compliance

• Implement accrual accounting methods for accurate financial records

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial transparency and integrity

• Participate in budget processes to forecast and plan financial resources

• Utilize accounting skills for effective capital management. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role within the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Ability to generate and interpret Crystal Reports

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques for financial analysis

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accrual Accounting methodology

• Familiarity with Auditing practices within the healthcare sector

• Knowledge of Budget Processes, including planning, forecasting, and tracking

• Proficiency in Capital Management, including allocation and investment strategies
