Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Executing various administrative duties
Drafting and posting job opportunity advertisements
Formulating internal recommendations
Utilizing digital recruiting resources Requirements
We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position
Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Recruiting experience desired
General familiarity with compliance
Practical knowledge of I-9 Compliance
Recruiting Activities experience preferred
Experience with high volume recruitment
Well-founded grasp of Volume Recruiting
Recruiting Efforts experience
Recruiting Functions experience preferred
Quality experience with HR compliance
Proven knowledge of sourcing recruitment
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
