Description

This Project Assistant role for a growing company in the Northwest metro, available through OfficeTeam, will provide a fulfilling career for a talented and ambitious self-starter. What you get to do every single day:

  • Using online resources to research information

  • Distributing project information to key partners

  • Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events

  • Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress

  • Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary

  • Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications

  • Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations

  • Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • Highly skilled at database and file management

  • Solid understanding of Adobe InDesign

  • 1 year of experience in a business/office setting required

  • Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite

  • Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
