What you get to do every single day:
Receive and send written business correspondence
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Process account set-up requests for new customers
Receive and place telephone calls
Inform Manager of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Ensures that all purchasing documents and appropriate correspondence are attached to sales orders
Requirements
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Proven computer skills
Comprehensive knowledge of call centers
Export customer service experience
Customer service experience required
Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
