Description
We are offering a part-time opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in the manufacturing industry, located in Pompano Beach, Florida, United States. 30 hours per week. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our accounting team with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain financial data and records
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable operations
• Conducting regular bank reconciliations for financial accuracy
• Performing various accounting functions to support the team
• Using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system to optimize business operations
• Handling ADP - Financial Services for payroll and HR services
• Employing CaseWare for financial reporting and auditing purposes
• Managing expenses and reports through Concur software
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze and store data.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Familiarity with CaseWare software is desirable
• Proficiency in Concur is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed
• Understanding of general Accounting Functions is necessary
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
• Ability to conduct Auditing tasks
• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is crucial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed
