Description
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
Conduct internet research to gather information on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
Ship samples to clients and prospects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Manage supply inventory and order supplies as required to support sales activities.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, as well as to resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, client presentations, and other business purposes, ensuring high-quality visuals and content.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with shipping and logistics processes.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing presentations.
