Robert Half Operations Manager in Portland, Maine

Description

Our client is a boutique Wealth Management firm in the Portland, Maine area and they are looking to bring onboard a Director of Operations.

The primary responsibility involves overseeing the daily operations of the firm, aligning with strategic goals, and managing strategic priorities. Assisting the Managing Director in talent strategy is pivotal, including identifying operational needs, managing all hiring processes, conducting compensation reviews, and implementing the human capital program.

Responsibility extends to supervising client servicing and operational associates and overseeing trading for the firm. Part of the role also revolves around developing a seamless service model for clients and managing quarterly billing and firm's technology operations.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will bring 7-10+ years of Financial Services experience, including exposure to performance reporting systems, excellent excel skills. Ideal experience in the Wealth Management space and FINRA licenses are a plus.

This is an on-site position; applicants have to be able and interested in working in the office 5 days a week. Please apply if you meet the requirements and able to be in the office every day.
