Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a busy Portland agency client that is looking for an experienced Content Authoring Producer.
The Content Authoring Producer will work closely with the project and client team to manage and upload content to a variety of web pages.
This role is 100% remote, 20-40 hours per week, for at least 2 months.

We are seeking a meticulous Web Content Specialist to join our team in the Marketing/PR industry located in Portland, Oregon. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity in which you
Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the project and client team to upload content to approximately 100 web pages
• Ensure that all content, including text and image assets, are uploaded accurately and efficiently
• Manage the SEO for each page, ensuring that each page is optimized for search engines
• Conduct thorough quality assurance on all your work, making sure that all content is displayed correctly and without errors
• Provide daily status updates on all work completed, as well as any blockers or needs that may arise
• Utilize your skills in Content Editing and Contentful to ensure the highest quality of content management and editing
• Be proactive in your role, anticipating project needs and taking initiative when necessary.
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in content editing
• Proficiency in using Contentful or similar content management systems
• Knowledge of industry best practices in web design, usability, and accessibility
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
