Description
Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated, people-driven Customer Service Representative to support a dynamic company in Portland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist customers with product and service information, order processing, and returns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the service.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
Identify and report on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
Prior experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
