Description
Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a call-heavy environment, maintains a professional and friendly demeanor, and is highly organized in managing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls, averaging 70 calls per day, with the potential for over 100 calls during peak seasons.
Engage with customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner, providing excellent service throughout the interaction.
Record and accurately input customer information into the company’s scheduling software.
Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring customer needs and availability are met.
Maintain focus and attention to detail while managing back-to-back calls.
Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Strong customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and friendliness.
Ability to handle high call volumes with ease and efficiency.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate data entry.
Proficiency in using scheduling or similar software is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to varying workloads.
