Description
Mid-sized firm in Portland, OR is actively seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their growing team. This firm offers a very flexible hybrid work schedule, a lucrative bonus structure including a substantial percentage of collections after hitting the billable requirement of 1450, and more.
Responsibilities include:
Effectively manage your cases and execute strategies in conjunction with senior attorneys, paralegals, support staff, and clients.
Prepare and draft legal documents related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow within the firm.
Advise clients on complex matters related to estate planning, probate, trust, and tax matters.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations and maintain law practice's top-tier services.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 with bonuses based on production. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; company's 401(k) plan with match, flexible time off and more.
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in estate planning, trust, and/or probate.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, an LLM in Taxation highly preferred.
Strong analytical abilities coupled with sound judgment.
Outstanding drafting and delegation skills.
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing top-notch client service.
High level of integrity and professional conduct.
