Our client is currently hiring for the position of Executive Assistant to provide proactive administrative support to their Senior Vice President Chief Medical Officer and Associate Chief Medical Officer for Critical Care. This Executive Assistant role offers a unique chance to utilize your highly developed organizational skills while contributing to various programs and projects. Job Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Coordinate complex scheduling priorities and day-to-day activities for multiple executives. Arrange group and individual meetings with various stakeholders.

Document Drafting: Compose and draft a variety of documents, including sensitive and confidential correspondence, meeting agendas, reports, and proposals. Attend meetings, record proceedings, and act as a project manager for committees.

Administrative Support: Greet guests, sort incoming mail, and determine disposition of written communications. Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence and other documents. Organize and maintain files.

Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other executive support staff on various office duties and projects. Provide backup administrative support for executives and other administrative staff during vacations and emergencies.

Compliance: Carry out job responsibilities ethically, effectively, and professionally. Report potential compliance problems using the outlined reporting processes. Model ethical behavior, professional standards, and personal integrity. Participate in training programs and comply with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience:

  • Four years of clerical/secretarial experience, including one year of working for a senior-level executive with highly developed organizational skills.

  • OR Associate’s degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology and three years of secretarial experience.

  • OR Bachelor’s degree and two years of secretarial experience.
