Robert Half Labor & Employment Litigation Assistant in Portland, Oregon

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant in Portland. The role focuses on supporting multiple attorneys in a mid-size firm, primarily on cases in Labor & Employment Law. This will require strong attention to detail, familiarity with Oregon and Federal court filings, and the ability to handle deadlines and multiple calendars for attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple attorneys in their daily tasks

• Handle cases in Oregon and Federal courts, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately

• Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks, from proofreading and formatting documents to managing deadlines

• Manage multiple calendars for attorneys, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met

• Perform other non-billable tasks as required to support the team

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.

Requirements

2+ YOE of Civil Litigation experience

Labor & Employment Litigation experience preferred
