Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Production Designer in Portland, Oregon. This role is central to our operations and involves creating various marketing materials, maintaining our digital file library, and updating our company website. The position is within the industry, ensuring that our brand presence is consistently represented across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and update various marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and demographic reports.

• Maintain and update the company's listings and properties on the website.

• Regularly add and update logos to aerials, tour books, and demographics.

• Compile, organize, and archive digital files, including image files and page layout files.

• Keep an updated aerial library and reflect tenant activity on aerials.

• Design office print collateral such as holiday cards, business cards, and window signs.

• Maintain workflow via a job log for assigned projects.

• Provide demographic profiles for landlord or tenant and custom trade area reports.

• Assist in answering phones and other administrative functions when required.

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign for creating advertisements, artwork, brochures, and photo editing.

Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign

• Proven experience in designing and creating advertisements

• Strong understanding and skill in artwork creation

• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through design

• Expertise in creating brochures and other print materials

• Comfortability with digital design and editing tools

• Proficient in photo editing software and techniques

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design concepts effectively

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
