A growing law firm in Vancouver, Washington is searching for a Legal Receptionist to join their team! This role is entry-level and perfect for individuals looking to step foot into the legal industry!
The receptionist will provide administrative assistance for the law firm and be the point of contact to client visitors!
Greeting visitors with a smile
Answering incoming calls using a multi-line phone or switchboard
Managing schedules and calendars
Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients as their main point of contact
Answer and field calls and take messages
Support various office and legal files
Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, such as word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks/r/n/r/n- Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

Proven knowledge of Receptionist Duties
