Description
Robert Half is searching for an experienced Recruiter to support the Human Resources department at a large company in NW Portland. The Recruiter will hold the responsibility of providing full-cycle recruitment to the company by recruiting, screening, and recommending candidates for hire. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience and knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Responsibilities:
Develop and streamline recruitment strategies
Write, edit, and post job postings on various platforms
Screen resumes and applications
Coordinate and conduct interviews
Schedule pre-employment testing and screening which includes checking references, arranging background checks, and coordinating new hire documentation
Provide detailed information about the company and job opportunities to candidates
Oversee new-hire onboarding and orientation
Execute full-cycle recruiting efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Full-cycle recruitment experience for a large company is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience onboarding candidates and conducting pre-employment verification
Ability to utilize various ATS software and social media for recruitment
Knowledge of personnel practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize daily tasks
Microsoft Office proficiency a must
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds and all levels of the company
