An enterprise based in Portland, OR is on the search for a motivated and target-oriented SEO & PPC Specialist for a contract-to-permanent role. The potential candidate would become a member of their marketing unit, playing a significant role in boosting the company's digital exposure. Responsibilities:
SEO Enhancement
Administer thorough evaluations of website functionality, encompassing visitor metrics, keyword examination, and website condition. Highlight prospects for enhancement in URL construction, sitemap, internal linking, and comprehensive crawler visibility.
Craft and put into effect approaches for enriching keyword rankings, boosting user experience (UX/UI), and promoting organic traffic. This includes refining site structure, meta tags, and page load speed for bolstered performance in search engines.
Collaborate with the content and web departments for synchronized SEO-driven content blueprints. Enable keyword research, topic planning, and content outlines for targeting architects, homeowners, and contractors. Ensure high visibility and engagement through blog posts, landing pages, and product explanations.
Supervise backlink strategies for improved domain authority and search engine rankings. Locate high-quality backlink prospects, team up on outreach projects, and implement link-building initiatives.
Evaluate and configure internal linking strategies to enhance visitor user experience and search engine crawler visibility, guaranteeing pages are readily available and primed for engagement.
PPC Supervision
Design, initiate, and guide paid search ventures across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media interfaces.
Conduct A/B testing on advertisements and landing pages to heighten conversion rates.
Observe ad performance, regulate bids, and refine targeting to augment ROI.
Manage budget direction and performance reporting.
Content Scheming & Cooperation
Collaborate with the marketing group to create content that aligns with SEO and PPC strategies.
Work in conjunction on landing pages, blogs, and product descriptions to guarantee high-quality, optimized content.
Analytics & Reporting
Consistently report on website performance indicators, encompassing organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and paid campaign (PPC) results. Employ tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and SEMrush to track user behavior, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for optimization.
Stay current with the latest trends and changes in the industry, including modifications to search engine algorithms, PPC platform alterations, and changes in the search behaviors of our target audience to ensure strategies remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
Required Experience:
Five to ten years of experience in SEO and PPC campaign direction.
Familiar with Google Ads, Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, and keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
Proficient in data analysis and experienced with UX/UI optimization for websites.
Outstanding communication and organization skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small, spirited team.
Self-starter able to prioritize tasks and operate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A zeal for the significance of stunning and sustainable wood products, and an authentic long-lasting interest in both wood and construction technology. Candidates should possess a genuine ethical interest in building materials with low carbon output, minimal maintenance requirements, and other sustainable selling points.
Preferred Expertise:
Experience in Japan or familiarity with Japanese culture.
Knowledge of design, architecture, or construction.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and WordPress.
Basic graphic design skills.
A thorough understanding of SEO best practices and site optimization.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
Location: this will be primarily on site in Portland with the opportunity to work a hybrid model after the first one or two months.
