Description The Digital Producer serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors for specific digital projects. Working as a communications hub between all agency team members as well as agency partners who may touch an assigned account/project.

They also operate within the trenches of digital media – and are passionate to “dive in” on any agency or client need. They take pride in being seen as a reliable, trusted partner across all agency teams.   • Earn and keep the respect and confidence from colleagues as a trusted advisor bringing value to client business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance, and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions

  • Management of designated digital projects, clients or tactics – including ensuring adherence to best practice approach and key specifications. These include social advertising, email marketing deployments, measurement setup, display media trafficking, and others to be determined

  • Be a team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments – helping to educate and mentor digital best practices across multidisciplinary teams

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, digital tactics such as social media advertising, CRM automation, CMS updates, tagging, display trafficking and measurement, and marketing analytics

  • Manage outside vendors (where applicable) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of asset.

  • Demonstrate confidence and authority as a voice of the Activation Team for applicable digital and/or tactics

  • Create documentation to outline process and standards for applicable tactics and channels to help ensure redundancy

  • Work with Account Team and Project Management members to accurately estimate time and cost of digital projects

  • Review, analyze and synthesize performance metrics for applicable tactics/channels

  • Organize, manage, prioritize and be accountable for high cadence deliverables (e.g., weekly emails, banners, social content, etc.) independently and without reminders

  • Establish and run all necessary key digital infrastructure for applicable projects/clients (campaign accounts, analytics, tagging, etc.)

  • Ensure needed deliverables (access, permissions, documentation) due from clients are detailed and proactively communicated to appropriate client leads

  • Anticipate potential relationship, expectation and delivery issues, advising their manager in time for the agency to act proactively

  • Engage in contingency planning and recommend solutions

  • Display marketing curiosity and a willingness to push your own thinking and the agency’s work in new directions

  • Develop persuasive recommendations for clients and agency decision makers

  • Be able to adapt to workload and working conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
