The Duties and Qualifications for this Receptionist role include: - Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency - Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks - Be a welcoming presence for visitors - Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures - Handle and route all incoming phone calls - Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support - Greeting and collecting copay from customers. - Check in paperwork, gathering information from customers. - Scanning cards, ready put in system, answer questions. - Knowledge of how to schedule appointments into a system. - Strong attention to detail, flexible and reliable. - Medical background is preferred. - Polished, Professional Appearance.
