Description
We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in POUGHKEEPSIE, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing loan packages, managing loan data, and responding to inquiries about loan applications. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be expected to adhere to all relevant policies and regulations while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Review and prepare loan packages and documents with a high degree of precision
• Accurately input and verify funding data
• Issue documents required
• Utilize multiple computer systems to respond to regarding existing and pending consumer loan applications
• Conduct follow-ups on outstanding documents
• Recommend process and product improvements to enhance member experience and eliminate waste
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements
• Participate in all required and recommended training and development activities
• Participate on teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises
• Promote the company's guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities
• Ensure regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
Requirements • Proficiency in customer service skills and techniques
• Demonstrated ability in data entry tasks
• Familiarity with email correspondence in a professional setting
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments or responsibilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
