Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in POUGHKEEPSIE, New York. This role involves managing field services and mobile workforce management solutions for utilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Iterative models, and will be able to successfully lead projects within a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage field services and mobile workforce management solutions for utilities.
• Lead projects within a cross-functional environment, utilizing strong experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Iterative models.
• Provide service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Demonstrate capability for problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, and assertiveness.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and possess strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct presentations to large groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and interpersonal skills within the team.
• Utilize MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) effectively.
• Gain experience in Energy & Utilities or services industry.
• Work with SAP implementations or optimizations.
• Utilize skills such as Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, Budget Processes, Deliverable, and Design.

• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies for delivering project solutions
• Must be skilled in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for managing client relationships
• Expertise in Database management and operations is essential
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is necessary for project execution
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software for efficient project time tracking
• Experience in AB Testing for effective project optimization
• Understanding of Budget Processes to ensure project financial management
• Must be able to manage project Deliverables effectively
