Our nonprofit client is seeking an Administrative Assistant Coordinator to join their education department. In this fast-paced role, you will provide essential administrative support and play a key role in enrollment, scheduling, and data entry processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an Admin Coordinator, managing day-to-day office tasks and supporting the education department.

  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries related to enrollment and other department matters.

  • Join meetings with the education team to discuss enrollment processes, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

  • Communicate with students, faculty, and staff about enrollment details and important deadlines.

  • Maintain and organize spreadsheets for data entry, including light pivot table work.

  • Organize tables and ensure proper setup for semesters, tracking class schedules and attendance.

  • Perform high-volume data entry for scheduling and attendance purposes.

  • Ensure strong administrative execution and attention to detail in all tasks.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience working with Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and IF statements.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Prior experience in an educational setting or supporting educational programs is a plus.
