Description

Job Summary:

Robert Half is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire a dedicated, bilingual Spanish Customer Service Coordinator & Representative. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to supporting clients and coordinating service needs in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, responding to inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients by phone, email, and live chat, accurately and promptly addressing their needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, and logistics) to facilitate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.

  • Track orders and proactively inform clients of any changes or delays, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting common challenges and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.

  • Contribute to customer feedback reporting and insights, helping identify trends to improve service delivery.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.

  • Previous experience in customer service or client support, ideally in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
