Robert Half is partnering with a leading manufacturing company that is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Address customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, orders, and delivery statuses.

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any customer concerns.

  • Update and maintain customer records in the company’s CRM system.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions, escalating more complex concerns to the appropriate department as needed.

  • Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

  • Provide product information and support to customers, assisting them in selecting the right products to meet their needs.

  • Assist with billing and invoicing inquiries, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Experience in order processing, invoicing, or shipping coordination is a plus.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
